ATN Event Staffing is seeking energetic event staff for an upcoming IT professionals summit. As part of our team you will be providing general support for this exciting event. We offer a flexible schedule that allows you to select dates/shifts that align with your availability and schedule.
About: This innovative summit is the premier open source event for IT professionals to learn, collaborate, and innovate on technologies from the datacenter and public cloud to the edge and beyond.
Location: Boston, MA
Rate: $20.00/hr
Dates: Sunday, May 18th - Thursday, May 22nd
Shifts: Day shifts averaging 6-12 hours long
Exact shift options will be released for your review prior to booking commitment. We will do our best to place you in your preferred shift. Priority booking will be given to those who can work all dates.
A brief paid training is provided on each event day and staff may be rotated between roles as needed.
Duties will be one or more of the following:
Welcome guests and distribute pertinent information
Assist with a seamless registration and check-in processes
Offer directional support and manage lines efficiently
Ensure room organization and monitor assigned areas
Provide general event assistance as needed
Requirements:
- Exhibit an outgoing and friendly demeanor, consistently upholding a professional image
- Previous experience in brand ambassadorship, events, hospitality, retail or customer service
Advancement Opportunities: Successful candidates may be considered for future roles within this program and other similar high-profile events.
Referral Program: We offer $25.00/per staff referral and have multiple openings available for this event.
