Key Responsibilities:

Follow established recipes and presentation guidelines to ensure authenticity and consistency.
Season and marinate meats, seafood, and vegetables using Haitian spices and techniques.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, following food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Monitor food stock and ingredients, ensuring freshness and minimizing waste.
Assist in menu development and suggest new Haitian-inspired dishes.
Work efficiently under pressure to prepare meals in a timely manner.
Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
