Position:
We are hiring a Full-Time Kitchen Prep & Dishwasher to support our chefs and keep the kitchen running smoothly. This role is essential to maintaining our high standards of cleanliness, organization, and food preparation.
Responsibilities:
Wash, sanitize, and store dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
Assist with basic food preparation (washing, peeling, cutting, portioning)
Maintain a clean and organized work area, including floors, counters, and storage
Empty trash and recycling in accordance with health and safety guidelines
Help with unloading and organizing deliveries
Work efficiently with kitchen staff to keep up with the restaurant’s pace
Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
Requirements:
Previous kitchen or dishwashing experience preferred, but not required
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Good communication and teamwork skills
Strong attention to cleanliness and detail
Ability to stand, lift, and carry items for extended periods
Must be available to work evenings and weekends
Authorized to work in the United States
