Full Time Cook/Part Time Cook

Long Term Care Facility in Lynn Mass. Has an opening for a Full-time Cook M-F 7 AM-3 PM with room for advancement to the Kitchen Manager. Daily responsibilities include preparation of Breakfast and Lunch and post-meal clean up. Our ideal candidate is a team-player, punctual and reliable, who is physically capable of long days on their feet. Requirements for this position include preparation of ingredients for use during your shift and additional shifts as needed, dishes cooked to FDA Standards, compliance with health and safety guidelines, maintenance of a clean workspace. Qualifications: Proven working experience as a cook is required. Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils, Compassion and patience with our residents, Strong attention to detail, ability to listen and communicate effectively, willing to learn kitchen management skills, ServSafe certification (we will provide this upon hire), Willing to submit to a CORI Check prior to hire. Salary will be commensurate with experience.
