Job Summary: Works with Executive Chef to monitor the food service operation to ensure production of top quality products and service.
Looking For Candidates with Front of House Experience
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Performs inventory management to maintain high valuation and minimal waste.
Ensures that staff is on task, quality assurance standards are being met, and the operation is clean and organized.
Monitors marketing, confirming that signage is current and appropriate.
Upholds policies and procedures to guarantee compliance with company and client expectations.
Maintains fully stocked front of the house areas throughout the day.
Communicates ordering needs to Executive Chef.
Performs other duties as assigned.
We are hiring immediately for FRONT OF HOUSE SUPERVISOR (Mon- Fri 40 hours) Full Time position.
Location: 5 S Union St., Lawrence, MA 01843
Schedule: Full-Time: Monday -Friday from 6:00- 2:30pm -more details upon interview.
Requirement: 3 years Previous food service experience is required.
