Our team is the key to this success and we are looking for one strong individual to organize daily operations and motivate staff to provide excellent customer service. Reliability and the highest level of integrity are critical to this important role.Responsibilities: Management of the day to day functions of the Front of House team in a lead by example ethic with a focus on customer service, retail presentation and sales success. Maintain POS systems and responsibility for financial, security, labor policies and procedures, weekly schedule preparation, posting and coordination with BOH for complete store schedule to secure seamless service and coverage. Hiring, education and training of new employees and continuing education of existing employees to maintain our highest standards of knowledge and customer service/experience. Ensure all areas meet the highest cleanliness standards and code requirements. FOH inventory and order coordination.Qualifications:Working history of excellent and friendly customer service. Strong communication skills with the ability to manage and motivate team. High School diploma or GED and solid math skills. Successful previous management experience. 1 year minimum. Ideal candidate is a self starter, reliable and detail oriented. Candidate must be available to work various shifts including opening, closing, weekends and select Holidays!We are looking forward to hearing from you.
