Looking for an experienced fish monger, front of the house staff, or line cook (with seafood experience) to join our team PART TIME 2-3 DAYS PER WEEK! Great hours, out by 8:45PM every day, no late nights! Must be willing and able to work independently and run our "front of the house" as needed. Knowledge of local fish/shellfish, EXCELLENT customer service, using our POS (Square), and CLEANING.
The right candidate will have a passion for seafood, and exceptional customer service. We are a well established seafood company in Boston, working with the absolute highest quality local fish/shellfish. All fish mongers, front of the house, line cooks or grocery staff interested in learning more about seafood should apply.
Requirements:
3 years culinary experience as a fish monger, chef OR 3 years experience working front of the house (customer facing position).
Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast paced environment and as part of a team.
Must be personable and provide excellent customer service - it's an open concept.
Must be available to work 10:30AM-8:45PM, two-three days per week. Shifts vary in length from 7-9.5 hours.
