We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef to join our team and lead our kitchen staff. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing menus, managing food costs, overseeing food preparation and presentation, and ensuring that all health and safety regulations are followed. The Executive Chef will also be expected to train and mentor junior kitchen staff, create new recipes, and ensure that all orders are completed in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:
Manage kitchen staff and delegate tasks.
Create and develop menus that are both creative and cost-effective.
Ensure food safety standards are met.
Maintain high quality of ingredients and preparation of dishes.
Monitor food costs and portion control.
Train kitchen staff in proper techniques for food preparation, cooking, and storage.
Develop recipes and menus that are consistent with the restaurant's concept and style.

Salary: $65,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
