Position: Early Shift Opener & Barista

Location: Medfield, MA

Employment Type: Part-Time (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday)

Hours: Early Morning Shifts (4:00AM - 10:00AM)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a versatile and energetic individual to join our team as an Early Shift Opener & Barista. This role is crucial to our morning operations, responsible for preparing and baking pastries, crafting coffee beverages, and serving customers at the counter. Key Responsibilities:

Opening Duties: Arrive early to prepare the shop, including setting up displays, equipment, and coffee machines.

Baking: Bake a variety of pastries, ensuring they are of high quality in flavor, appearance, and consistency.

Coffee & Beverage Preparation: Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages to order.

Customer Service: Greet customers, take orders accurately, and provide excellent customer service to create a warm, welcoming experience.

Cashier Duties: Handle transactions at the register, manage cash flow, and provide prompt and accurate service.

Product Presentation: Maintain an attractive display case, ensuring that all donuts and pastries are fresh and visually appealing.

Inventory and Restocking: Monitor and restock ingredients, baking supplies, and coffee supplies as needed, and communicate needs to management.

Cleanliness and Safety: Keep the kitchen, prep areas, and customer-facing areas clean and organized. Follow health and safety protocols.
