Customer Service/Front End

The Fresh Feast in Cohasset is seeking an energetic, organized, and kind front of house professional; the position is 3-4 days per week to include 1-2 weekend days per month as needed. This is a tipped position and hourly pay is $20/hour (with tips pay is $25/hour). Shifts are Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and 1-2 weekend days per month 8-4:30.

We seek an easy-going, hard-working individual to assist with customer service and general day-to-day operations. This position does not require years of experience, but it does require energy, stamina, reliability, follow-through, and a can-do, patient and professional attitude. Experience with TOAST POS system a plus but not required.

Qualified candidates must have the capacity to work quickly and efficiently, have a welcoming demeanor, and a passion for food.

Job responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the following:

Answer phone and fill orders

Write Daily Signs

Manage opening procedures

Light Food Prep in a scratch kitchen

Work Catering Events (occasional)

Administrative tasks like printing labels and forms

Dishes (in conjunction with team)

Stocking

Cleaning (we are always keeping things tidy and organized)

Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds

Must have reliable means of transportation- we are not "T" accessible

Must be at least 18 years of age
