E. Wales Hospitality is a Custom Catering Company based in beautiful Midcoast Maine.
Accepting applications for a full-time catering chef starting May 2026. This position includes weekly prepping and packing out for catered events as well as working on site for each event. This position works closely with 2-3 other full-time chefs during the prep week and leads per diem teams on event days. Saturdays in season (may-nov) are required. Day time hours during the prep week (Monday-Thursday).
Organizational team leadership and product ordering are a must. Prior fine dining and high volume cooking is a must.
Must be able to lift 50lbs and work for extended days as needed.
