A Tavola, a Winchester restaurant by Chef Joe Carli, is looking for enthusiastic and fun loving individuals to be a part of its growing operation. They are a neighborhood restaurant with Italian roots, thought to be a destination for locals as well as diners throughout the region. They are currently looking for Bartenders and Servers to join their team as they expand their space.
Those applying for bartender must have experience with classic cocktails and a passion for all things beverage. Those applying for the server position must have experience where you will get to show off your food & beverage knowledge while taking care of our guests.
You are a salesperson, you are expected to know your product and to sell in a gracious and hospitable way. Servers are responsible for excellent product knowledge and amazing guest service.
As a restaurant, they create a culture of education by training all of their staff and managers in all matters of hospitality.
