Mr. Grill LLC is a residential barbecue grill cleaning and repair company based in Watertown, MA. We provide cleaning and repair services to residential barbecue grills in the greater Boston area and beyond.
We are looking for full-time and part-time technicians to train as:
Barbecue Grill Technician
The ideal candidate should have the following skills:
- Reliability, dependability, and responsibility
- Basic hand tool knowledge to make repairs
- Hands-on cleaning and detailing experience
- A valid MA driver's license
- Ability to lift and carry up to 65 lbs.
- Knowledge of operating various electric power tools
- Ability to diagnose and problem-solve situations independently
- Strong communication skills to work with customers and office personnel
- Ability to follow our procedures and policies
- Availability of a cell phone and proficiency in using our work app
We offer:
- A shift from 7 am to 4 pm with weekends off and no late nights
- Flexible part-time and full-time schedules
- Work independence outdoors
- Five days of paid training
- Use of a company truck
- All supplies and tools necessary to do the job are provided
- Overtime hours available
- Holidays off
- Starting wage of $24.00 per hour with an automatic increase to $25.00 after 60 days
