The restaurant is focused and being a farm friendly, seasonally inspired neighborhood joint. Relaxed in atmosphere serious about cooking. This will be a SCRATCH KITCHEN, where culinary skills will be challenged. Personally grow through utilizing tried and true cooking techniques with implementation of some modern influences. be hands on with Curing Meats, Bread Making, Pickles, Jams, Mustard, Condiments, Pastry, Pasta, Desserts, etcReal Cooking
This not a “heat and serve” establishment but an actual cooking kitchen bringing in real product for the menu items.
We are looking for line cooks, prep cooks and dishwashers to help start up this restaurant on the right track. You will be challenged to be your best and to show your passion for the culinary trade. We are looking for individuals with true sense of hospitality that find enjoyment and fulfillment in making others feel comfortable and satisfied through the art of cooking.
