- Responsible for vendor management for the Mortgage Department relationships through conducting timely evaluations including the planning and conducting of a vendor risk analysis and the qualification and re-qualification activities, including review of vendor evaluation questionnaires and qualification audit outcomes on a periodic basis.
- Maintain the vendor management software platform and associated vendor files.
- Create and execute reporting and metrics to leadership on the vendor management program.
- Works directly with proposed and existing vendors to obtain initial qualification and ensure adherence to requirements.
- Strategically partner with functional areas on ongoing oversight of vendors.
- Works with vendors, partners, and cross functional teams on action items specified in audits and regulatory exams.
- Identifies and works with applicable cross functional teams on vendor related non-compliances, participating in root cause analysis for development of corrective and preventative actions.
- Collaborates and serves as a vendor management point of contact for departmental and cross-functional teams to provide support to projects and initiatives.
- Participates in client audits for vendor oversight functions.
- Participates in ongoing audit and inspection readiness activities related to vendor management.
- Assists in data collection for reporting to senior management.
- May author initial and revised controlled documents for vendor management and oversight topics and processes.
- May author and/or provide training on vendor oversight topics and processes.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in software maintenance or related experience
- BA/BS Degree preferred
- Professional Written and Verbal Communication Skills
- Experience with DAX, SQL & HTML, XML a plus
- JIRA/Agile Methodologies a plus
