Description Robert Half Legal Permanent Placement is seeking a Legal Assistant in Boston, MA. This role primarily involves supporting our legal team by performing a variety of secretarial and paralegal duties. The successful candidate will be expected to communicate with clients, draft and proo legal documents, perform administrative tasks, maintain case files, and conduct legal and background research as required.Responsibilities: Communicate with clients in person, over the phone, and via email, ensuring a professional and courteous interaction at all times. Draft, proo, and either file or send legal documents, such as motions or letters of intent, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Perform administrative duties, including maintaining lawyers’ calendars, scheduling appointments, making photocopies, and compiling complex documentation.
