Our expertise and global reach enable us to deliver high-quality solutions for our clients that pave the way for long-lasting benefits to society.Daily Duties and typical Responsibilities:Manage a multi-disciplinary team.Lead, manage and provide technical expertise for mid-large size complex transportation projects and programs in Transit, including heavy and light rail, commuter rail, bus and ferry.Ability to scope and estimate projectsProvide the organization with technical leadership and strategic direction for delivery of projectsProvides technical expertise for studies and designsProvides innovation in project and program approaches and methodologies to achieve marketplace differentiationPrepares technical reports and analyses.Drives project performance and is responsible for the performance of the portfolio.Mentor junior staff and participates in skill development and workforce planning for AECOM’s Transportation Business LineCoordinate and collaborate with other Transit market SectorsContinuously interacts with clients to assure satisfaction with AECOM servicesDevelop and build strong relationships with existing and new clientsContinue and strengthen client relationships within Transit industry including MBTA, CTDOT, MassDOT Rail and Transit, and RIDOTParticipates in identifying new opportunities and in the development of technical proposalsManage project scope, budgets and schedules
