We provide services including Janitorial Cleaning, Landscaping, and Snow Removal to Commercial Businesses. Our territory of customers spans through Eastern Massachusetts to New Hampshire and Maine.
We are looking for a territory manager to join our team in the Greater Boston Area.
The core of this role is keeping your base of customers happy, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and relationship development.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
· Building customer and service provider relationships
· Identifying and solving service issues
· Training and on-going support of service providers
· Maintaining schedule of weekly appointments
· Keeping and submitting administrative records
· New customer account start-ups
· Customer retention
Qualified candidates will possess:
· Direct supervisory experience
· Positive and proactive approach to life, self-determined
· Excellent communication skills (both spoken and written)
· A genuine desire to collaborate with others
· Creative problem-solving skills
· A desire to succeed
· Must be capable of working nights and weekends, and live North of Boston. Majority of working time will be spent during regular business hours, but there are occasions when nights and weekends are necessary.

This is a field job, requiring customer account visits most of the time. We prefer candidates that have similar experience. Must have dependable automobile and a good driving record.
Annual base salary ranges between $50,000 and $70,000 dependent on experience.
Additionally, we provide Commission + Bonus + Auto Allowance + Cell Phone Allow + 401K
