Sr. Director, Talent Acquisition Zelis is modernizing the healthcare financial experience for all and we’re growing! We have an exciting opportunity to join our People and Culture Organization as the Sr. Director of Talent Acquisition. In this role you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Zelis by managing the US recruiting team while building rigor in our recruiting process, operations, and programs. Reporting directly to the VP, Global Talent Acquisition, you will collaborate with senior leaders and hiring managers to ensure alignment of TA goals with business objectives. You will be tasked with developing talent pipeline strategies and motivating the team to achieve business results. You will continuously iterate and refine how we attract and engage talent using data and analytics to build customized reporting, insights and KPI’s. You will partner with our colleagues in India to ensure global best practices for Talent Acquisition are being created and followed. You will join a passionate team on a mission to do great work and have some fun along the way! What You’ll Do:

Manage and mentor a team of recruiters, providing guidance, feedback, and coaching to meet hiring goals and company growth objectives.

Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies, policies, and processes to attract and retain diverse and qualified talent.

Assess talent acquisition priorities based on organization needs by partnering closely with HR Business Partners and key business leaders.

Collaborate with senior leadership to define workforce planning strategies and talent pipeline development

Have a laser focus on recruitment process optimization and the technology, Workday, that enables it.

Refine our core Talent Acquisition metrics and achieve ambitious goals over time.

Utilize data-driven insights and analytics to identify trends and make informed decisions to improve business results.

Lead and manage strategic talent acquisition projects, such as employer branding, talent pipeline development, talent market research, and more.

Assess and analyze new talent partnerships and vendors across a variety of TA focus areas.

Continuously iterate and share new ideas and perspectives to bring greater excellence to the Talent Acquisition team.

Build and maintain relationships with external partners, universities, and recruiting agencies to expand the talent network.

Collaborate in a culture of agile thinking, driving a best-in-class candidate experience through a fast, adaptive, iterative recruiting approach, ensuring hyper-connectivity & transparency across multiple partner groups.

Identify talent needs and capability gaps to influence, shape and drive effective recruiting strategies tailored to the most critical talent needs across their respective business/geography.

What You’ll Bring:

Minimum of 12 years’ experience in talent acquisition, with at least 4 years of experience in a leadership role, with direct reports.

Proven track record of designing and executing successful talent acquisition strategies and programs.

Passion for growing and developing others.

Proven ability to navigate a fast-paced environment, switching between strategic and tactical tasks efficiently.

Hands-on experience creating and iterating on process improvements and instituting operational rigor through the TA lifecycle.

Experience building and growing teams, while simultaneously managing multiple other projects and priorities.

Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, trends, and technologies.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and stakeholders.

Highly analytical, data-driven, and results-oriented.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems, Workday preferred but not required.
