Specialist Executive's are expected to emphasize sales, relationships and marketplace eminence to support business growth objectives. Other position responsibilities include:

Develop and maintain contact with top decision makers at key clients; organize and lead pursuit teams; participate and lead aspects of the proposal development process; contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies.

Leverage existing relationships in the market to identify/close deals. Create market opportunities and growth for the Firm through personal brand and external eminence.

Lead engagement planning and budgeting; mobilize and manage engagement teams; define deliverable structure and content; facilitate buy-in of proposed solutions from top management levels at the client; direct on-time, quality delivery of work; manage engagement economics; manage engagement risk.

Develop practical solutions and methodologies; develop "thoughtware" and "point-of-view" documents; participate in public speaking events; get published in industry periodicals.

QualificationsRequired

Bachelors degree

12 years relevant consulting and/or investment management experience

10 years of experience reporting to C-level client contacts, managing client teams, on/off-site, and off-shore functional and technical teams

10 years of experience in translating requirements into optimized designs, and identifying design alternatives and implications on functionality, effort, performance and operations

Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Advanced degree in area of specialization

10+ years' experience experience in one or more of the following various sector packages; Aladdin, Charles River, Fidessa, EZE, Calypso / Murex, Bloomberg AIM, Portware, FlexTrade, Simcorp, FIS, Eagle PACE, IMS Markit EDM, Data Science platform buildout, Ipreo (iLevel and ival), eFront, Investran, Workday, SalesForce, Market Intelligence experience: DST SalesConnect, Market Metrics Matrix, and Fishtank.
