WINNIN’· Preferably, you have previous management experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality.· High School degree or equivalent, plus one to three years of fast food service experience.· Ability to speak, read and write English.· Good oral and written communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.· Ability to perform basic math necessary to function within store.· Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends and various store locations within the market area.· Food Handler(Allergen/Serve Safe Certified) Company training is provided· You know what it takes to be in the smile-making business and have exceptional time management, attention to detail, and guest service skills.Not sure if your experience aligns?
