We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Communications Assistant to support our operations and communication initiatives. This role plays a critical part in ensuring clear internal and external communication between departments, clients, and service teams, while also maintaining excellent records and assisting with service coordination.Responsibilities:Assist with internal and external service communication processesCoordinate with clients to relay service updates and manage inquiriesPrepare, format, and distribute service reports and documentationSupport service management with data entry, scheduling, and tracking requestsMonitor communication channels and escalate urgent service issues when necessaryCollaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate information deliveryMaintain client records, logs, and correspondence for quality control and reporting
