Senior Systems Designer

CD PROJEKT RED is seeking a visionary and skilled Senior Systems Designer to join our growing team in North America to work on Cyberpunk 2, the follow-up to Cyberpunk 2077. You will contribute to creating worlds through design and its translation into systems enhancing the game’s experience. If you would describe yourself as clever, collaborative, and passionate about role-playing games, then this position is for you! Daily Responsibilities: You will work in close cooperation with our Design Director, Systems Design Lead and other teams to deliver consistent, engaging and player friendly systems into our game.Create, develop, implement and manage game systems such as progression, crafting, crowd and population systems and more.  Ensure that systems designs are clearly communicated to everyone involved in their implementation through documentation, meetings and relationships.Mentor and guide junior systems designers.Act as a subject matter expert, sharing knowledge with the rest of the teams and improving the process of systems design.
