Senior Research Associate Cambridge, Ma

Position Summary Searching for a motivated Sr. Research Associate to assist in development efforts of a personalized cell therapy. The individual will work closely with process development and research teams to support characterization of a neo-antigen-based T-cell therapy. The candidate will help build internal analytical capabilities to support in-house process development work.

Primary Responsibilities

Execute analytical assays as needed to support in-house process development work.
Order and maintain analytical reagents inventory to support continuous development
Review and analyze analytical data from process development lots such as characterization and release testing data.
Collaborate across other pharmaceutical sciences and research groups to advance CMC activities.

Required Skills

Flow cytometry experience
Experience with ELISAs or cell-based assays is a plus
A good technical writer with experience writing technical documents to summarize outcome
Knowledge of method qualification is a plus
Organizational, management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Exceptional presentation and writing skills.
A strong work ethic and sense of purpose.

Education and Experience Required:

B.S. in Life Sciences with 1+ years industry experience in Analytical development
M.S. in Life Sciences with 1+ years industry experience in Analytical development
