Our Opportunity:Chewy is looking for a customer-centric Senior Program Analytics Manager to partner with our leaders across Marketing. This role is essential in building the analytic framework to measure key Marketing activities from planning through creative execution. The data gleaned will fuel insight to achieve key initiatives to optimize efficiencies in the Marketing lifecycle, spend, and prioritize programs and campaigns.What You'll Do:

Develop an analytic framework to measure KPIs across our Marketing end-2-end (E2E) milestones.

Establish daily dashboards for leaders to monitor the health of their accountable KPIs.

Key contributor to Monthly and Quarterly business reviews.

Partner with data collection system owners and guide them on necessary enhancements toward automation.

Provide deep dive analysis on KPIs including but not limited to Marketing planning and prioritization, GTM milestones, execution capacity forecasting, and volume.

Partner with finance to determine ongoing evaluation mechanisms to reduce and deter costs across Marketing.

Explore opportunities to leverage technology to automate and remove manual inputs across the Marketing E2E lifecycle.

Identify opportunities to gain efficiency and remove friction points through analysis of workflows.

Partner in the development of a learning agenda and test plans to further improve continuous improvement.

Partner with our Finance, Technical Operations, Marketing Data Science, and Analytics team on advanced analytics/model development needs of Marketing Operations.

What You'll Need:

A passion and track record for customer-centric marketing.

5+ years of production/marketing/customer analytics.

Bachelor’s degree, Masters a plus.

Ability to interpret and identify insights through data.

Understanding of Customer Data and CRM platforms.

Deep understanding of site analytics, and experience with Google Analytics, Tableau, PowerBI, or other data visualization tools.

Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate information that influences data-driven business decisions.

Operate independently and efficiently to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously and successfully, without sacrificing attention to detail.

Demonstrate a natural curiosity around consumer behavior and business impact.

BONUS

Experience and/or understanding of Work Front, Cross Cap, and Creative Force, or similar Project and Production Management Software a plus
