Senior Internal Events and Communications Specialist

CD PROJEKT RED is hiring a creative Internal Events and Communications Specialist to join our team in Boston! In this role, you’ll focus on fostering a sense of belonging, community, and engagement among our employees by designing and executing impactful events and internal communications strategies. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our company culture, driving collaboration, and ensuring that our employees feel connected to our mission and values.Design, plan, and execute a variety of events to enhance employee engagement, including team-building activities, cultural celebrations, company milestones, and wellness programs.Manage all aspects of event logistics, including vendor selection, budget management, scheduling, and post-event evaluations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create inclusive and innovative event concepts that resonate with diverse employees.Execute internal communications strategy that supports our company culture and values.Craft engaging and informative content for a variety of channels, including newsletters, intranet, emails, and Slack.Establish feedback loops to ensure employee voices are heard and integrated into communications.Champion initiatives that promote inclusion, and belonging across the organization in line with our company values.Create programs that foster community and strengthen connections between employees in remote and hybrid work environments.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in employee engagement, communications, and events.
