Unit DescriptionDo you possess strong leadership skills and enjoy managing technical processes and projects?Sodexo has an exciting opening for a Senior Human Resources Systems Administrator to join our team.This is a fully remote position. Candidates mayresideanywhere within the United States.The Senior Systems Administrator willbe responsible forthe technical administration of HR systems supportingall HR Compensationfunction. This role leads, supports and administers technical projects and programs. Projects that will be managed under this position require full project life cycleexpertiseand collaboration throughout NORAM HR, the Global HRIS team, IS&T, and with segment teams and business partners. The incumbent will be considered the Subject Matter Expert withinthe compensation module of Success Factors.This position willpossesstechnicalexpertiseto effectivelymanage compensation campaigns,troubleshoot, implement new systems, drive conversions and liaison with applicable vendors toidentifyand resolve technical issues in the system. This position will also work closely with division administrators and manage the security roles and domain assignment for those administrators. This position will also serve as an escalation resource for troubleshooting and customer service support for users. They willbe responsible forcreating andmaintainingpolicies and procedures for the system, aligning system processes with business needs; leading the direction to ensure customer satisfaction and business success. Additionally, they willmaintaina service delivery model that provides effective self-service, help desk, and escalation within resource limitations.Key responsibilities include:

Lead systems administration, responsible for the design, planning, implementation, and maintenance of the systems and related processes. Possess, maintainand develop technicalexpertiseto effectively implement new systems andmaintaincurrent systems. Responsible for takingthe initiativeto researchnew technology, both internal and external to Sodexo, applying the new knowledge to our business processes.

Project lead forCompensationtechnical projects, of significant scope requiring full projectlife cycleincluding requirements, design, development, conversion, testing and deployment. All projects are technical in nature and require significant technical knowledge and experience. Regularly coordinates with Global team and influences related global projects and or processes.

Builds vendor relationships driving conversions and liaison with applicable vendors toidentifyand resolve technical issues in the system.

Responsible for aligning system processes with business needs; leading the direction to ensure customer satisfaction and business success. Provide consultative services to learning teams on the feasibility of system support for proposed training programs and technical capabilities.

Maintains a service delivery model that provides effective self-service, help desk, and escalation within resource limitations.Is responsible forcreating andmaintainingpolicies and procedures for the system with a focus on effectiveness and efficiency. Serves as an escalation resource for troubleshooting and customer service support for users. 

This position willpossesstechnicalexpertiseto effectivelytroubleshoot andresolve technical issues in the system. This position will also work closely with division administrators and manage the security roles and domain assignment for those administrators.Key qualifications include:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Minimum 3years’ experienceworking inHR system administration.

Proactive, solution driven technical experience in SuccessFactors(especially the Compensation module)

Project Management experience

Strongtechnical requirements documentation andcommunication skills

Bilingual English/French a plus
