Our client is an up and coming VC backed start-up that is seeking a talented Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join their growing engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining software systems that power fiber optic networks, using Golang, TypeScript, GraphQL, React, Docker, Kubernetes, and more. You will work closely with other engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to build scalable, high-performance applications that meet the needs of our customers. Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain software systems using Golang and TypeScript
- Collaborate with other engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and develop solutions
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code that adheres to best practices
- Troubleshoot and debug production issues
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and share knowledge with other engineers
- Continuously improve software development processes and tools
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies
- 5+ years of professional software development experience
- Strong experience with Golang and TypeScript
- Experience building full-stack web applications
- Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Familiarity with web frameworks such as React or Angular
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
- Experience with Git, Docker, and Kubernetes
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
