- Develop data models and database designs
- Keep the team current on new technologies and best practices
- 5+ years of experience in the data engineering space
- Hands-on Python experience
- Understand data and how it moves at a high level
- Strong knowledge of SQL
- In-depth understanding and hands on experience using Elastic Search
- Experience building large scale data pipelines
- Hands-on experience with public cloud (AWS preferred)
