- Experience in leading high-performing and multi-disciplinary teams from product development through successful product launch
- Active participation to cultivate an Agile transformation by empowering teams and scrum members
- Mentor teams, leading them to be self-directed with strong accountability, decision making, conflict resolution and transparency
- Coordinate all Scrum Ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint retrospectives, Sprint Demos, Story Grooming, and Release Planning
- Manage metrics on Sprint progress, guiding the team to remove impediments
- Experience working in Agile Scrum based environment along with cross-functional teams
- Experienced in Risk Management by balancing the impact through RAID log. Mitigate Risk which will impact delivery of the project
- Knows CICD and DevOps to some extent
- Fast learning, committed and able to work under pressure
