Position Title: Salesforce and Excel Data CoordinatorWork Setting: 3-Month Contract, must work as a W2 employee of Vaco. No C2C, no 1099, no third-party inquiries.Location: Preference for Hybrid: Candidate will ideally be located in Boston, with hybrid work onsite in the Greater Boston Area a few days per week. Remote flexibility is possible for the right candidate, as long as they are in the Eastern Time Zone.Availability: Immediate startRate: $30-$40/hr W2 - The rate will be determined based on relevant skillset, qualifications, and job fit.Job Requirements:Experience with organizing and auditing/inventorying digital folders and documentsExperience with data input in Salesforce and ExcelProficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft 365Strong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and manage time effectively(Preferred) Bachelor's degree in a related field or relevant certificationsPrimary Responsibilities:Integrate, rename, and map files and folders from four business groups.Collect, organize, and inventory hundreds of enterprise digital contracts/agreements using Excel trackers and Salesforce.Identify and document missing contracts, including possible outreach to internal and external contacts for retrieval.Input provider details, including contact information and agreements, into Salesforce.If time permits, input key network provider offering variables into a descriptive network spreadsheet.Collaborate with team members and report progress to supervisors regularlyAbout Vaco:Vaco is a global talent solutions company providing consulting, project management, and staffing services to a wide range of industries.
