Description We are seeking a Salesforce Administrator to manage and optimize our Salesforce system. They will work closely with sales and development teams to implement sales strategies and maintain the system.Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain Salesforce CRM, handling user support requests.
Customize Salesforce fields, layouts, reports, and dashboards.
Implement and maintain workflows, configurations, user roles, and permission sets.
Train users and create relevant materials.
Perform regular database cleanup procedures.
Generate reports and analytics of sales data.
Stay updated on latest Salesforce features and manage third-party integrations.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Salesforce Admin certification preferred.
Salesforce system administration experience.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Good communication skills.
