DescriptionAmazon RCM is seeking a Sales Executive, Amazon RCM who will be responsible for leading day to day outsourced services for revenue cycle sales. This role will also be responsible for service to sell and acquiring new business. Reporting to the Head of Revenue Cycle, you will work to source customers that are interested in outsourcing revenue cycle needs.As a natural storyteller, you will paint a compelling picture of Amazon RCM’s vision in a way that clients and prospects can easily relate. Results driven, you are motivated to contribute to our rapid growth and market expansion. You enjoy being engaged in the market you sell into, leveraging formal and informal networks built from previous experience, and your industry knowledge helps inform how you anticipate future revenue cycle management trends. You will set objectives and targets that align with Amazon RCM’s organizational goals while taking on new challenges with a sense of urgency, energy and enthusiasm.Key job responsibilitiesSourcing and acquiring new RCM services business from mid-sized medical groups, healthcare providers, and other organizationsDeveloping relationships with healthcare providers already partnered with Amazon, who has RCM service needsBringing a highly connected and proven network of healthcare providers to facilitate new business acquisitionLeveraging experience in selling physician revenue cycle management services and solutionsBuilding and scaling a new organization and team from the ground upUtilizing Salesforce (SF) and other sales tools to manage the pipeline and drive growthContinuously prospecting, qualifying leads, and closing new business dealsPartnering with internal teams to onboard new clients and deliver successful outcomesStaying up-to-date on industry trends and evolving client needs to identify new opportunitiesContributing to the development of innovative revenue cycle solutions and servicesBasic Qualifications

10+ years of healthcare industry experience in sales, client services, and RCM services/technology

Proven track record of building and growing business within physician groups or physicians, doc office practice or telehealth companies required

Experience in selling or managing RCM services, with a preference for offshore RCM expertise required

Active membership in relevant trade organizations such as HFMA, MGMA, etc

Exceptional oral and written communication skills with the capacity to motivate and maintain effective working relationships across all organizational levels

Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and expanding market share within the healthcare provider industry

Ability to successfully navigate a multi-faceted, fast-paced, and dynamic environment to reach company goals

Excellent public presentation and interpersonal skills, coupled with proficiency in PC-based tools and applications

Self-driven with the ability to generate new leads from physician groups

Comprehensive knowledge of revenue cycle management (RCM) services and underlying technology platforms

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree; Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred

The base pay for this position ranges from $129,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $213,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
