Retail Store Associate

Description Responsibilities: Act as a primary resource for the store team, demonstrating a strong understanding and enthusiasm for technology, particularly our products and services Ensure a clean, accessible, and functional sales floor, reporting any exceptions to leadership Engage with customers during peak times, connecting them to a sales consultant promptly and preparing to demonstrate our technology to new customers Regularly check and inspect the store's back area for cleanliness, security, and proper inventory placement, assisting with inventory receipt and stocking as per store standards Contribute to the leadership team by conducting cycle count processes and suggesting initiatives to improve the store count process Stay informed about current processes and procedures and propose improvements that enhance the customer and/or store experience Adapt readily and professionally to store management priorities and directions, demonstrating integrity at all times Ensure regular, consistent, and punctual attendance, being prepared to work nights, weekends, variable schedules, and overtime as necessary Carry out other duties and responsibilities as assigned.Requirements Proficient in Customer Service and Sales Comprehensive understanding of Procedures and Workstation Support Strong Leadership Skills Experience in Check Processing Familiarity with Retail environments Knowledge of Conductivity and Warehouse Management Excellent Attendance record Proficient in programming language 'Go' and tax software 'ProFile' Willingness to work Overtime Punctual and reliable Experience in Cycle Count Previous Store Experience is a plus Familiarity with Walkways Understanding of QA Management Prior experience in a similar contract role is desirable.
