Are you a dedicated Sales Manager from the world of Electronic / Technical Manufacturing looking for a fantastic opportunity? This is a Direct Hire opportunity with a starting salary of $100,000 - $120,000 , a solid bonus structure, and a comprehensive benefits package. This position is available for candidates anywhere in the USA and requires approximately 50% travel . In this role you will partner with the National Sales Manager to drive sales and customer experience in your assigned geographical area.Please note: this is not a work-from-home role. If you live away from the Boston, MA area, office space will be secured for you for non-travel times.Responsibilities include but not limited to: Management of sales resources in assigned territory supporting defined sales strategic goals and action plans via company best practices Performance manage and develop sales and service force based on product knowledge, market penetration, and support with a focus on talent growth Partner in the recruitment, selection, and training of representatives within your region Lead technical training for internal and external representatives and customers Develop relationships with and manage negotiation of contracts and partnering agreements with major account base Partner with Customer Service team by providing support, education, and training to insure best in class customer service Coordinate sales calls and trade seminars within assigned region Assist with promotions, advertising programs, and development of products, services, sales tools, etc. Prepare sales forecasts, quarterly sales review, budgets, and other territory information with a focus on monitoring competition, market trends and field info Provide pre-trip and post-trip analysis reports to National Sales ManagerSkills and Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Business Administration highly preferred; equivalent industry experience may be considered Minimum 5 years of Technical Product Sales required Technical proficiency and the ability to learn new products and solutions 3 + years of Territory Sales Management greatly preferred Willingness to work in an office near your home location and approximately 50% travel – this company does not embrace work from home out of fairness to the employees working in the manufacturing facilityApply today!
