Our client is looking for an organized, detail-oriented individual to join their team on a full-time contract basis (3-6 months, with possible extension) as a marketing content project manager/scrum master. In this role, you'll be the point person for managing and tracking internal requests to marketing.
Responsibilities- Handle day-to-day inbound requests for content and program support, and route requests to the appropriate party
- Follow up on content requests to gather detailed information, including purpose, objective, deliverables, due dates, and alignment with marketing content strategy
- Provide support in following up with designers and external vendors as needed to ensure completion of tasks
- Assign and manage Jira tickets for content
- Coordinate cross-departmental Content Alignment Group (CAG) meeting agendas and scheduling
- Post and update website content, such as blogs and tutorials
- Run Agile scrums for content and communications and and go-to-market activities
- Content would also include managing content requests for our designers
- Role will include managing our go-to-market scrums (3x/per week). Involves managing demand gen tasks
- 3-5 years project management experience in a high-tech B2B company
- Exceptional follow-up and project management skills
- Experience working in an agile marketing environment
- Extremely organized with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Assertive and professional collaborator who can manage requests by peers, colleagues, and executive staff with tact and diplomacy
- Proactive and tenacious problem solver
- Experience with Jira or similar project tracking software
