Support implementation of Enterprise IT as a Service (EITaaS) capabilities.
Advise clients on acquisition & implementation plans and strategies.
Provide recommendations on effective management of cost, schedule, performance and risk.
Review budgeting activities and provide insights on value & cost-saving opportunities.
