You must …Partner with collection agencies and colleges and universities to develop industry leading collection solutions and experiences for clients and payersCollaborate with engineers, designers, sales and other stakeholders to come up with innovative solutions and enhancements to current product offeringsOwn the success of your products and initiatives with accountability for measurable resultsAssess current competitor offerings, industry trends, and higher education needs through working with clients directly, attending trade shows, and other research methodsAct as the main communication channel between the product and engineering team and internal stakeholdersWork with product marking team on go to market strategies and product marketing collateralOversee the full Go-To-Market as lead business partner for all projectsWork with documentation and technical writers to deliver product documentation and training materialsWork closely with industry experts to stay on top of new collections related standards and regulationsOwn the continued business relationships with collection agencies
