Turner & Townsend seeks a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to work in a client facing role as a Procurement Coordinator. This individual will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate records, coordinating procurement processes, and facilitating effective communication within the department and with external stakeholders.  Assist in the preparation, formatting, and distribution of procurement-related documents, including purchase orders, contracts, and bid packages. Maintain and update procurement records, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established procedures. Organize and maintain filing systems for easy retrieval of procurement documentation. Facilitate communication between procurement staff, vendors, and internal stakeholders, ensuring timely responses and resolution of inquiries or issues. Monitor and track procurement-related activities, such as purchase requisitions, order fulfillment, and delivery status. Assist in the preparation and issuance of requests for proposals (RFPs) and requests for quotations (RFQs). Maintain up-to-date vendor information, including contact details, pricing agreements, and performance metrics. Assist in vendor evaluation and assessment processes, collecting and analyzing supplier data to support vendor selection and performance reviews. Collaborate with procurement staff to resolve vendor-related issues, such as pricing discrepancies, delivery delays, or quality concerns. Conduct research on potential vendors, gathering information on product specifications, pricing, and availability. Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and relevant regulations. Assist in the preparation of procurement reports, analyzing data and generating insights on purchasing trends, cost savings, and vendor performance. Support audit activities by providing necessary documentation and information related to procurement processes and transactions.  SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable.
