- Work hands-on to build out our highly scalable data platform
- Introduce new technologies to the business
- Make architecture decisions impacting the data platform
- Partner with leadership to help launch new solutions
- Assist in hiring decisions
- Experience with Python or Scala
- Strong knowledge of SQL
- Comfort with a workflow orchestration tool such as Airflow or Luigi
- Experience building large scale ETL pipelines
- Hands-on experience with public cloud (AWS preferred)
- Collaborative working style and ability to build relationships
- Ability to excel at identifying simple solutions to tough problems
