If so, please read on!Your new roleAs our new Payroll Administrator, you will assist the team with calculating and auditing the payroll for our employees. This role involves ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll, maintaining payroll records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements. The Payroll Administrator is also responsible for addressing payroll-related queries.Your key responsibilities will be:Assist with calculating the organization’s payroll on a regular basis (e.g., weekly, bi-weekly) using ADP Workforce Now.Ensure accurate and timely payment of wages, salaries, bonuses, and deductions.Maintain and update payroll information, including employee records and payroll adjustments.Calculate payroll taxes and ensure compliance with government regulations.Audit employee local and state taxes for accuracy.Review and approve employee tax changes.Review changes to employee work and home address to ensure proper employee taxing.Generate and distribute payroll reports and statements.Prepare manual checks and wire requests as needed.Address and resolve payroll-related queries from employees.Collaborate with HR and finance departments to ensure proper integration of payroll data.Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll, tax, and labor laws.Assist in the preparation of financial audits related to payroll.Your new team The Payroll and Benefits team takes pride in keeping Ramboll running smoothly, enabling bright minds throughout the organization to focus on their areas of expertise as we tie together all parts of the business. The U.S. pay range for this position is $68,700 to $85,900 annually and does not include bonuses, overtime or other forms of compensation or benefits.
