Description We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity for a skilled Paralegal in the detail-oriented Services sector, located in Boston, Massachusetts. This role involves a substantial amount of document filing and coding, with a particular focus on Trademark correspondence and terminology. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and integrate seamlessly into our team.Responsibilities: Efficiently process and file various documents using iManage Manage a backlog of work with a high level of organization Handle intellectual property - trademark matters with proficiency Maintain and code files as per the required standards Carry out independent work, demonstrating the ability to take initiative Familiarize with trademark correspondence and terminology Conduct docketing tasks with a keen eye for detail. Requirements Proficiency in using iManage software for document management and workflow efficiency Demonstrated experience in docketing, managing and organizing litigation processes Solid understanding of Intellectual Property laws and regulations Specific experience in Intellectual Property - Trademark, including trademark filing, prosecution, and enforcement Excellent research skills with the ability to analyze complex legal documents Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Possess a paralegal certification or relevant degree Experience in a detail-oriented services environment is preferred High level of attention to detail and accuracy Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
