- Hands on experience in UNIX &Oracle
- Minimum 6 years of experience in L3 Production Support in Banking domain.
- Knowledge on Defect Management tools and Incident management process.
- Hands on experience in Scheduling tool (Control-M / AutoSys) and batch management
- Ability to investigate and troubleshoot issues.
- Exposure to Problem Management
- Involvement in CSI is a plus
- Prior experience of customer management
- Very good Communication Skills
- Self-motivated and able to take on responsibility.
- Able to manage a team of 10 - 15 people with clear understanding of shift management for 24 X 7 projects
