Manager, Marketing Research & Insights (Enterprise)

As a Marketing Research & Insights Manager, you will inspire teams and leaders to take action and make decisions by serving as the champion of our Participants, Sponsors and Prospects. In this role, you will independently lead the execution of research on strategic initiatives, to provide actionable insights into our Participants, Sponsors and Prospects experience with our brand. You will leverage your deep knowledge of research methods, analytics and synthesis to build compelling, persuasive cases for action. You will serve as a trusted partner/advisor and collaborate with a wide variety of teams while influencing decisions at the highest levels of the company.Key Responsibilities and Duties

Directly author brand and marketing insights reporting on topics including brand equity tracking, customer segmentation, creative testing, brand lift studies and other ad hoc pieces of research

Create holistic analyses spanning various data sources that move beyond an explanation of “what happened” to “why it happened,” “what is important,” and “what should be done” to inform marketing strategy

Integrate disparate measurement such as customer insights, competitive activity, and macroeconomic trends to add context to brand and campaign performance

Manage research agencies and measurement vendors conducting quantitative and qualitative research

Provide measurement criteria and reporting templates to supporting agency partners

Collaborate with media publisher/platform partners to set up campaign studies (e.g., brand lift surveys)

3+ years of experience with brand and marketing campaign measurement at client-side advertiser, media agency, or marketing research supplier company delivering brand and/or campaign measurement insights including but not limited to hands-on experience in shaping surveys

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Marketing, Marketing Research, or related fields

5+ years market research experience with Financial Services, Tech, Retail or CPG

Experience managing research agencies or measurement vendors conducting quantitative and qualitative research, specifically with brand equity tracking, brand lift studies, and ad measurement

Experience with 3rd party market research data providers (e.g., Kantar, Nielsen, Pathmatics)

Experience with competitive intelligence reporting, macroeconomics trends, and industry forecast analyses

Proven ability to independently design, execute, analyze and report custom research projects across different audience segments to test hypotheses and more deeply explore themes identified in tracking programs
