Maintenance Field Manager/ Enhancement Field Manager $22 - $30/hr

Responsibilities: The Maintenance Field Manager has a specific book of business, crew, and equipment that they are directly responsible for. This position reports directly to the Landscape Account Manager.Cares for established lawns by performing weekly mowing, seasonal cleanups, pruning, edging, weeding, aerating, overseeding, mulch installation, installing planting materials, knowledge to read a basic planting layout, and basic horticulture knowledge.Works very closely with the Account Manager to provide exceptional work quality at each property in accordance with contract specificationsQualifications:Prior proven experience in field operations such as basic maintenance techniques, bed maintenance, pruning and planting, and turf care;1+ years managing a landscaping crew;Strong plant & turf insect/disease identification;Exceptional communication skills with both clients and colleagues;Ability to prioritize job duties in a fast-paced environment;Effective oral and written communication skills;Strong work ethic;A valid driver’s licenseBi-lingualBenefits:Competitive salary based on experience and skillsets.Paid time off, personal time, and vacation time.Health and retirement benefits.
