The Crew Relations Leader is responsible for partnering with our Restaurants and Leaders to provide support regarding Crew concerns (e.g., allegations of harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and wage & hour violations). This role focuses on conducting fair, unbiased, and consistent end-to-end investigations and providing support for performance management.Your Impact and Responsibilities:Promptly and objectively investigate Crew issues in collaboration with business partners and in alignment with the Company’s policies, procedures, and standards, including: Manage the end-to-end investigation process and assigned casework, following all documentation, reporting, and confidentiality standards o Analyze and synthesize data to bring investigations to resolution, escalating as necessarySupport crisis situations in partnership with appropriate internal teamsAnalyze aggregate data to identify systemic issue trends and propose recommendations for reviewSupports the Company response to claims and charges from regulatory and/or administrative agenciesFacilitate performance management of Crew (e.g., coaching, feedback, and redirectives)
