This fintech company is building a brand-new trading system with a quantitative approach to investing! They're looking for a Lead Software Engineer who can:

  • Own architecture & implementation
  • Understand trading & portfolio management
  • Be able to turn business topics into code

Qualifications:

  • 5-10+ years Java experience
  • Springboot, Microservices
  • Experience with OMS & FIX protocol
  • AWS & DevOps mindset is huge bonus

Compensation: 200k base + equity

Must be based in Boston area
