Innovation Lab in Boston under top FinTech company is looking for a Lead Engineer to design and develop cloud-native software solutions from the ground up.
Technologies: - Python, Django/Flask, JavaScript/ReactJS a plus
- SQL and NoSQL databases
- AWS, Docker/Kubernetes/containerization
Looking For: - 5+ years of professional engineering experience
- Highly skilled developing cloud-native software solutions
- BS or MS in Computer Science/Engineering (or equivalent)
This role is hybrid in Boston (2-3 days per month). Full time, direct-hire ONLY (no c2c/contract). Salary ranges from $150-190K base + bonus + full benefits (depending on skillset/seniority).
