Freshworks is looking for a Sales Enablement Lead to develop and deliver effective enablement programs, collaborate with stakeholders, and deliver training to empower the Americas Field (AE/AM) and Business Development (BD) teams to achieve their goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in sales and product enablement, with experience delivering training, developing content, optimizing sales processes, and hands-on experience in direct selling roles. Key Responsibilities: Develop and deliver engaging and informative sales training programs, both in-person and virtually, that align with the overall sales strategy and goalsRegularly communicate with the field to gather feedback, assess needs, and ensure the sales enablement program meets the evolving requirements of the sales team Collaborate with marketing, product, and enablement partner teams to create high-quality sales collateral, presentations, and playbooks that effectively communicate product value propositions and sales messagingWork closely with sales leadership to identify training needs and develop customized training plans for sales teamsDevelop and implement training programs that empower sales managers with the skills and knowledge needed to effectively coach and lead their teamsProvide ongoing support and resources to sales managers, ensuring they are equipped to reinforce best practices, drive team performance, and address individual development needsAssess the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvementPlease note this is a hybrid role with onsite expectations of 3x/week (Tue - Thur) from our Greater Boston Area Office
