The F&B Manager is responsible for coordinating, supervising and managing all aspects of F&B operations, while maintaining a profitable outlet and high quality products and service levels.  He/she is expected to market ideas to promote business; reduce employee turnover; maintain revenue and payroll budgets; and meet budgeted productivity while keeping quality consistently highConsistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service, ensuring the Raffles brand positioning, personality, service culture and values are personified at all times. Lead and Support the Food & Beverage operations team ensuring all brand, service, compliance and department standards & procedures are followed.  Lead and support the Food & Beverage outlets in achievement of their financial and operational targets through establishment of a positive culture, clear expectations and policy and procedural implementation.Create unforgettable experiences for our guests.
